understand more um so why don't we start with the pde inhibitors you mentioned three of them uh uh there's a fourth one too of anaphyl that's another one but it's a fast-acting pd indebted but those are the four main ones that we all know about can you talk about the differences um between them and i know they're used for different use cases um and also just kind of the pros and cons because interestingly there was an article in new yorker.
